USA Tariff Policy

At VinylTaj, we ship products directly from our Texas warehouse and manufacturing facilities in China/Hong Kong to customers in the United States. We strive to make the shipping and customs process as smooth as possible for our customers.

Duty and Tariff Coverage
In most cases, we will cover any applicable import duties on your behalf. However, in the case of tariffs, you may be required to pay a duty. This is not always applicable but may be charged depending on the package classification. This means you can expect your order to be delivered without any additional costs related to customs fees.

However, due to recent changes in U.S. trade policies — including those introduced during President Trump's administration — import tariffs can sometimes fluctuate. As a result:

  • Some shipments may incur a small customs duty charge, typically ranging from $50 to $100, although this amount may vary depending on the product value, shipment size and item classification in US states.

  • In such rare cases, customers need to cover these duties upon delivery.

  • We will always do our best to minimize or completely waive these charges whenever possible.

  • The items you purchase from our website do not include any tariff fees. You may receive a call from customs to clear these duties if applicable.

No Duty Guarantee in Many Cases
For the majority of orders, there will be no additional tariff or duty fee charged to you. We manage customs paperwork and duty prepayments to ensure a hassle-free experience for most shipments.
