Return Policy

Return Window: Customers can initiate returns within 7 days of receiving their order. For wrap sample items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
Damage Item Exchange: If you received the damage item, please make sure to inform us within 24 hours, after 24 hours we will not consider this item for exchange or return.
Return Claim Process: To claim the returns please email us at support@vinyltaj.com with proper reason, images and order ID.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received the damage item and you want to send for the replacement then VinylTaj will pay the shipping fee on your behalf because this is not our customer fault who received the damage item.
For Returns Outside the USA: You’ll need to ship the item back to our warehouse in Texas, USA. For more details, feel free to contact us via email.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed only for items meeting the return criteria. To receive a refund, you must return the product. If the item is faulty, we’ll cover return shipping; otherwise, you’ll pay the shipping cost.
Refund Process: Upon approval of the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 working days 
Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds may not be available for items not meeting return conditions or for certain non-returnable items.
Exclusive Discounts: Purchases made using our exclusive discount coupon code are only eligible for a refund in the event of warehouse-related damage. Change of mind returns are not accepted without a valid reason.
